About Karla
At her core, Karla identifies herself as a beloved daughter of God, from whom she derives her true identity. She has been married to Jorge for 24 years and cherishes her role as a mother to her two sons – her family is the source of her greatest joy.
Karla Cebreros Coaching is here to walk along your side as you discover your true identity in Christ and your unique gifts and talents. She will guide you to tap into the source of strength and wisdom that already lies within, you as you learn to embrace a life of peace, joy, and fulfillment which God has intended for you. She is passionate about helping you find the gold within you !
She is certified as a Professional Leader and Talent Management Coach since 2013, experienced in inner healing accompaniment and 12 Steps recovery programs. Karla has more than fifteen years in marriage ministry. She's a graduate of the Encounter School of Ministry and a certified administrator of the Golden Personality Profiler and the Conflict Dynamics Profiler, trained at PCCI Professional Christian Coaching Institute, Unbound Ministries and Theology of the Body Institute.
Her coaching specialty is in helping people find their God given mission and to encounter the love and freedom of Jesus Christ at a deep personal level uncovering the wounds, lies and limitations that had prevented them from experiencing true freedom, joy and fulfillment. Within her coaching practice Karla uses a variety of assessments tailored to your specific needs to help you dig for the gold that is already within you and learn to live a life full of passion and purpose., among them GPP Golden Personality Profiler , CDP Conflict Dynamics Profiler CDP, CliftonStrengths and APEST.
Karla and her husband Jorge are the founders of Transformed Marriages , together they coordinate the marriage ministry and the marriage preparation program at their parish in Ave Maria, Florida.
Through Transformed Marriages they have been able to help hundreds of couples and individuals to understand and live God's plan for their lives and families.
Karla earned her bachelor's degree in Simultaneous Interpretation at I.S.I.T. Mexico City. She previously worked for ten years as HR Manager at Fendi Casa Miami Design District. For the past fifteen years, she has homeschooled her two sons and also served as a foster mother.
About Professional Coaching
Among other certifications, Karla earned her Leadership & Talent Management Certification from the Workplace Coach Institute (WCI) in 2013 and she trained at Professional Christian Coaching Institute (PCCI), both of which are International Coaching Federation (ICF) approved credentialed Institutes.
She seamlessly integrates her professional training with her experience and passion.
