Hi, I'm Karla Cebreros
I believe that each person is uniquely created by God with a distinct mission, and the greatest fulfillment comes from discovering and living out that mission by using the unique talents He has given you to expand His Kingdom.

I am a Certified Leadership and Talent Management Coach, and have 20 years of experience in marriage ministry.​

I’m a graduate and facilitator of the Encounter School of Ministry, certified in administering the Golden Personality and Conflict Dynamics Profiler assessments. I’m also trained in Clifton Strengths® accompaniment, and have completed programs with the Professional Christian Coaching Institute, Unbound Ministries, and the Theology of the Body Institute.

Along with my husband, we founded Transformed Marriages , and we coordinate the marriage ministry and the marriage preparation program at our parish in Ave Maria, Florida. Additionally, we are both certified
Prepare&Enrich Facilitators.

Through Transformed Marriages we have been able to help hundreds of couples and individuals to understand and live God's plan for their lives and families.
I earned my bachelor's degree in Simultaneous Interpretation at I.S.I.T. Mexico City. Previously worked for ten years as HR Manager at Fendi Casa Miami Design District, and for the past fifteen years I had homeschooled my two sons and served in ministry.

Among other certifications, Karla earned her Leadership & Talent Management Certification from the Workplace Coach Institute (WCI) in 2013 and she trained at Professional Christian Coaching Institute (PCCI), both of which are International Coaching Federation (ICF) approved credentialed Institutes.
She seamlessly integrates her professional training with her experience and passion.
